In each of these markets we divide our business down into four main practice areas: financial services, commerce & industry, legal and interim management.
Interim Management

JBS Associates dedicates its largest team to providing international executive search solutions to the Financial Services sector, with particular expertise across the Equities, Fixed Income, Investment Banking, Asset Management and Private Banking / Wealth Management markets. Staffed by consultants with direct experience of working within their markets, we collectively house 50+ years of financial services executive search experience. Operating on a proactive headhunting basis we are particularly adept at sourcing senior-level bankers for emerging markets.
Commerce & Industry
JBS Associates has a highly experienced Commerce & Industry capability. The team has extensive experience of working and building business partnerships with both Fortune 500 organisations and SME's around the world. Using a pro-active, industry-intensive approach, our consultants typically deal with multi-faceted search assignments focussing on the provision of executive talent into commerce and industry in both established and emerging markets.
Legal
JBS Associates has a dedicated legal executive search team, staffed by experienced, international legal recruiters. The international markets in which we operate continue to grow and prosper, as does the need for good lawyers. We have considerable presence in the legal marketplace, fully understanding and appreciating the complexities of legal recruitment. With an enviable client list made up primarily of US and European law firms we are able to provide executive search services for mid to senior level lawyers, working on a proactive, headhunting basis. In addition to Private Practice we also source and recruit senior level in-house lawyers with a particular niche of identifying and securing counsel for the investment banks.
